Sign up for your FREE subscription by going to formed.org. Click on the “Sign Up” button, then click on “I belong to a Parish or Organization.” In the “Find your Parish or Organization” search box, enter 54457. Sacred Heart Parish will appear in the list. Select it, and then click next. Then simply enter your name and email address, click “Sign Up,” and you’re done!
